Im not much of an EA guy, but i guess its a bit clearer now, i hope ava did not base their decision on a hunch since i think this ea is no arbitrage, and the trades lasted a while (40 minutes) hopefully its a misunderstanding and things clears up.
 
OK, that clears up the one remaining question I had.

Please go ahead and send an email to every address you have for Ava. Invite them to join this thread and explain the issue.

I had already invited Joshua Brown who has been my point of contact over the last few days. He has apparently looked at the thread as he emailed me to ask me where I purchased my EA. I have now sent an email 5 email addresses at ava, that's everything I could find.

Let's see if they're going to come and make a public statement here.

In the meantime my complaints with the regulators are outstanding, it is a matter of time before someone there gets involved.

I would like to urge anyone else out there who might be in a similar situation with Ava to comment here so we can see about any possibility of joint action against Ava.
 
As I have said before I trade on a few forex brokers at any given time. So here is a snapshot of the same trades executed on another broker. Talk about proof that that I got this price elsewhere at exactly the same time.

The time zone is different on that broker but it is obvious that the trades taken are the same as the ones on Ava

I don't want to name the broker just for privacy reasons again, that's why I've blocked off the ticket numbers.

IF you are not able to chat with them then let me know I`ll let them know about this thread and will ask solution for your issue....

I would assume you have heard all your going to here from them directly. Reading their response leads me in that direction. Using an ea of any type on their platform can be seen as manipulation of their platform and the terms & conditions that were sent says no manipulation. So there is their stance.
the withdrawl request you had probably was the reason they looked into your account, and I assume they looked at your platform saw the ea and bent you over for it.

I personally hate it for you and hope that you get your profit.

Have you looked into statute of limitations on auditing accounts by AVA? That would be the only recourse I see you having.

OH and by the way.... " news trader?" Balls of Steel BOI !!!! I like to think my mind is pretty agile but trading the news on one account has taught me to stay on the sidelines and pick up scraps later...good luck to you,,

If they don't reply then they will probably be labeled as a scam when voting time comes. My hope for now is the regulators stepping in. Waiting to hear something from the Irish and Australian regulators, but that will take time, both regulators allow the company some time to directly respond to me and offer a resolution, once the time passes the regulators will try to mediate and if that also fails they might make a judgement.

If Ava does not want to talk to me what else can I do? They seem to have made their decision, and I just won't let $10k go that easy. I will put up a hell of a fight. I'd put up a fight for even a few k, it is not just the money it is also the principle. The least I am hoping to achieve is to have Ava labeled as SCAM here at the FPA

I just thought I'd post his email since he is not willing to come here and give Ava's stance on this situation. I also sent emails to the complaints@avafx.com and complaints@avatrade.com.

So at this point I think Ava isn't saying anything else here. Perhaps silently admitting guilt?. Can we go ahead with a vote on this? How does that work moderator?
