I am submitting the case against: www.fxiresolutions.com

My Case is: I have invested 250$ on 2nd july 2015 with FxiResolutions.com company for Robot to multiply my investment in Forex and I was promised and guaranteed full refund by advisor Mr Gautam if the Robot does not make me profit. The Robot has not worked with 2 of my accounts (tradersway.com and XM.com) as it could not control the loss deal and I already lost more than 150$ equity in a span of 10 days hence I requested to refund my money 250$ as I need to pay my credit card bill. The representative Gautam never called me inspite of sending several reminder. Then finally one day Gautam called me on 17th July and promised me that he will refund the Robot charge as well as the loss I made on equity that came up to 500$ however I have to pay a small charge of 50$ in advance as withdrawal charge. I asked him how would I believe him and pay another 50$ in advance then he said he will give in writing and he sent me mail which I have attached. After receiving the mail from him only I paid 50$ as withdrawal charge and post that he never called back nor I received my Refund. I sent him severel email to him and the company support however I am not receiving any response. Please help me to get my money cheated by this company

The company was first contacted about the issue on 07/17/15 the last contact was on 07/21/15

Details: company has replied me on 21st july that there is a charge of 50$ for Robot withdrawal and I have attached the email

I agree to what you are saying that paying money to get money is bad idea however they cheated me saying that it is standard withdrawal charge if we have to go for refund of Robot charge. I asked them to deduct the withdrawal charge from the Refund however Gautam said they cannot adjust the withdrawal charge of 50$ from refund as I will get complete Refund hence I paid the additional 50$.

i received call from company representative Gautam (the same guy who has taken money from me) and he said they will refund the money but I will have to remove the case from FPA, I said let the money comes to my account then I will say it is resolved however it now 3 days from that call and still no money has come.

Please call or email Gautam. Explain to him that demanding a complaint be removed before sending money owed is considered to be blackmail by the FPA. This thread can be marked as resolved only after you report getting the money safely back in your hands.

Let him know the vote begins sometime a little after the Asian trading session opens at the beginning of the week.

Looks like FxiResolutions was trying to put the old stall on the issue and hope it would go away. Good move too take it to FPA. Fxi----- obviously didn't like it when Manish brought it too FPA's attention. $50.00 withdrawal fee. What a load of you know what. Guilty, guilty, GUILTY.

Looks like they use Neteller and Skrill for transactions, now I have never herd of these two transaction providers but if they are like PayPal you should be able to recover your refund threw them!

Anyway anyone that doesn't allow you to withdraw and even charges you to withdraw is GUILTY

Hi Mr. Manish,
I think you are from India, like me. I would like to tell one thing to you. You should threaten him(GAUTAM) like this way of put a case about your company in consumer court. And you should intimate as you have a full of evidences for sent your money to them. If you will do like this, you may got result. And if they will not responding your mail. Otherwise you may threaten him again through the way of social networks like Facebook, twitter, Google plus, etc. You should post like - Put a status about your company being like a fraud one. So don't trust this company. If you will done like this, You will surely get your money. Because social networks are the very big media to reach the people. So can try like this way. If they will refunded your money, please be intimate to me.
