They started manipulating prices on Aug 25th to the 30th (that I've verified so far). They sent a letter to customers saying hey were aware of the problem that occured on the 29th and were investigating to correct all accounts. Received email saying my trades weren't affected......scammers!!!!

I've kept track of all the false candles, charts etc and have snapshots of them. I've attached one to show ppl.

One example was a 221 pip move on a single 15 minute candle (EUR/NZD)????

No one else in my trading room (500+) using different brokers had any such movements....

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please see the letter below which we sent out to all clients. Be sure to follow the procedure so we can stay organized. Note that the issue explained below occurred only on August 29th -- our feed has been fine since that time as the LP in question is dropped.

Dear Valued Client,

Early in the morning on August 29th one of our liquidity providers began sending incorrect quotes through our system. This caused many clients to suffer losing trades on their accounts. We have disconnected and dropped this liquidity provider so that the issue will not reoccur. Our charts have been fixed using correct market data. However, as there were many trades involved we are carefully and meticulously working to resolve this issue by correcting all trades that were affected during this time.

Therefore if you opened or closed any trades on August 29th, you may find that these trades might be deleted from your account or otherwise modified as needed to reflect the correct market prices that would have been present on our platform. All the trades regardless of profit or loss must be treated in the same manner. We very much understand that this might disappoint some, but all deals after this matter has been resolved must reflect accurate and true market prices.

After we have completed all trade corrections, we will send another email out updating you. You may contact us with any questions you may have regarding your account. We will be happy to have a correspondence with you.

Thank you for your kind understanding and sorry for any inconvenience caused. As there are many inquiries, we will do our best to respond in a timely manner.

Affected times were 00:47 - 01:32 and 08:13 - 08:15 server time on a few pairs. All trades opened/closed outside of this time period are fine.
 
The right-most candle you inquire about in your screen shot is high spread during rollover on triple-swap Wednesday and is normal. The first Bid quote to come in after the close switched from 23:59:59 to 00:00:00 was as shown, so the candle began lower.
 
Affected times were 00:47 - 01:32 and 08:13 - 08:15 server time on a few pairs. All trades opened/closed outside of this time period are fine.

Few pairs????? I have a dozen charts saved confirming otherwise.....and it affected more dates/times that you's are claiming!!!!!!

We have over 40 pairs in total. It did not affect more dates/times than we mention. Note that as you are looking more closely you may be looking at rollover periods and also high impact news events which cannot always be 100% compared between brokers. However now you know what happened and we acknowledged there was an issue. If you have an issue with specific trades on your account please go onto our live chat with the order ID numbers and you will be directed to our upper management who will check them.

Realy........a 60pip gap/spread on a 15min candle.....that no other brokers have. Hummmm
 
Note that all of the screen shots you just posted in your second post depict the exact date and two time periods mentioned in our second post.
