Hi everyone!
I have read almost all the threads on Optionstars Global and I can relate to everything. What I get out of this is a bunch of sad and lost souls. Is there anyone that got help? In my case I took €30k in bonuses after €50k fundings. One time I got €2.500 in withdraw after a promise of 5.000 each month. My balance is short of €75k which I found out after going through my own spreadsheet of every trade I made.
I have tried to negotiate on phone, skype and e-mail to get a correct balance and a withdraw of €25k to keep on trading. They don't give in on anything and now I'm asking for my deposit back. My balance should be €150k but shows just half of it.
What I can see in this community site I've made a complete fool of myself and can forget the money. I almost made a discision to keep trading to reach my 1.200k bonus obligation but that would just be stupid. I wouldn't get any money anyway!
Is there someone out there who can share some positivity? I'm sad and broke.

Contact Rebecca here WinChargeback. She will help you to get your money back.

another thing i think you can do as suggested, is send them a link to this thread and leave them a review as well. to help other traders, and do contact rebecca and hope for the best.

I actually sent them this review prior posting it here just to see if there was any response. Yesterday I got a phone from the so called "department manager" and we agreed to talk today. Lucky for him he had to go to the dentist (spoke to another guy) but we will talk tomorrow!?! hmm...

Hi stupid2017 (and everyone).
I can positively relate to your situation, because it is exactly what I have been in with OptionStars Global for the last few months.

FxMaster; I in fact posted an alert about two weeks ago, although I do not see it here. Perhaps it did not pass the review?

Anyhow, before I came across this posting, I was beginning to ask myself whether I am the only one who has been had by this scammer.
I have gone through practically every state you describe, stupid2017, including questioning my balance as well. Never a response to that!
The most recent interaction from them is that of one of those so called " account managers", to shamelessly and cunningly ask for an additional deposit, "to help me recover all those losses"! HA!
To my consternation, it sort of dawned on me that they could be working in cahoots with the banks, having asked the bank for a chargeback. For TWO months or more, citibank ae has been skirting that topic, refusing to provide any form of update as to where the status has reached. BUT interestingly, the scammer, as per an email, is very aware of my having made that demand. Even lying to me that the money was sent to the bank more than a month ago! It(bank), is now actually taking the angle of suing me. And then again, perhaps I should not have been that surprised. Citibank is one of the stock firms traded on their platform.
So, just wondering. Would Rebecca make any in-roads, granted this sort of modus-operandi?
stupid2017; I am twice as much of what you have been feeling. At least you haven't left raising the alarm as late as I did!

Hello again.
Since my last reply I went for a last try to let OptionStars Global show their real face. I accepted my new and 5th "investment manager" Jamie Masons "sincer" effort to to make me satisfied. Funny name by the way for an east-europeen!
I will not go into all matters we talked about but he ensured me he would help me reach my first bonus of a 400k trading volume and then we could talk about withdraws Wednesday next week. I actually has nothing to lose (I'm going to contact Rebecca anyway) and here is the result of the "brilliant" trades executed on Thursday with expiry Friday 19:00:

12x€4000=48.000 (I had €36.000 left of 1st bonus volum - so this wasn't so difficult to achieve)
Lost 8 of 12 (totally €20.000) it's actually difficult to do so pourely, so he's good!
Max. withdraw is now €11.000 against my €28.000 prior to this trades.I think this was his aim.

This was as expected, but I must admit that I had a tiny hope that I finally found a decent person at OSG. Not at all - they don't hire such people!

I have now created and sent a letter to Mr. "Mason" (see under) and will now let the the army load their weapons. Rebecca wil hear from me Monday afternoon.
