Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

I am having an issue with a company
Well I talked to the police. There was nothing they could do! Because UFX Markets is based overseas they are powerless. UFXMarkets seem to have all the cards. Is there anything that this website can do to help?

What country are you in? Try calling the national police and also talking to your bank. More and more countries are getting active in pursuing internet-based financial fraud.

I believe UFX claims to be Cysec regulated. File a complaint there too.

Thank you. I think I have written to CYSEC once but will fill out this form as well. I also went back to my bank (ANZ) and got a form from them to fill out as well (which had not been offered to me yet) in regards to the fraudulent use of credit cards over the phone by UFX markets. Will keep you posted.

We have seen this many times. I am wondering what CySec will say about it....

If victims all complaint to Cysec, I think they will have quite a lot to say about this. If victims all sit around thinking "someone else will do it", the Cysec won't get any information and will not be able to take any action.

I'm glad to see Austrader2012 is going to fill out the form and submit info. I just hope that everyone else who has had the same problem follows his example.

If victims all compain . . . I just hope that everyone else who has had the same problem follows his example.

That's the spirit Pharaoh. Victims often do not recognize the power of their afflictions to affect change for themselves and others.
There are regulatory forces in place to magnify your effort, if victims would only take heed of them.

OK I have sent the form. It has taken a while as I am feeling a bit run down. Also added this info...I would like to add a further comment here.

I did get my little account of $16 000 up to $22 ooo. Then UFX started sending me bad trades. Risk was too high on Natural Gas, a really bad gbpjpy trade. I wrote to UFX and asked them If the were Shil at one point. Then it seemed to go downhill very steadily. And of course they always ask you to deposit more funds to help save your account from risk! I think when they saw I was making some money they sent me trades to kill me. And quite often some calls have been sells at the lows or buys at the highs which are really sus calls. I have always wondered If trades could be tailered and sent out to clients based on their circumstance.
