A representative from Citrades have approached me lately to inquire about my problems and he is assuring me everything will be sorted out soon, I am in talks with him , and i hope we will get into some resolution. I might have prejudged this organization.

I doubt you pre-judged them in any way. More likely, they realized that being labelled as a scam was making it harder and harder to get new customers, so decided to resolve a few public complaints.

Don't accept anything other than the full and complete amount you are owed being delivered to your bank account.

I am more than glad to inform that Citrades have returned half my Funds and i will be getting the remaining balance this week too. The Account manager have very much cooperated with me and helped me solve the matter. I am in touch with him everyday and he is doing his best in this matter.

Is this real money withdrawn to your bank account, or is this money that you'll be required to place more trades with?

No they have refunded the real money , they have been cooperative lately.
I want this case to be resolved and closed now .
