The most important is we take it serious even in DEMO account and time frame doesn't really matters. Many people that doesn't want to take it seriously and I can see tonnes of them in my company just because it does not have any excitement.

You forgot one thing, trading psychology.
Before taking a step to live account, make sure your trading psychology is trained. You can't train your trading psychology in demo account, so the only way to train it is to make a small capital in live account and you'll feel the true gain of profits and the true pain of losses...
