They could have easily joined this discussion and tried to blame the trader for those trades even if he actually did not make them. But the fact that they did not shows that they don't even care to cover up for their scams. I don't think they will remain in business for long since there is a lot of complaints about them, but hopefully they will not be in profit when they are out.

Unfortunately many. The problem is that people get scammed, and only after that they start searching the net and looking for answers. Actually, most scammers rely on people's trust and little knowledge in something to pull their crap off. This is the way they work and I don't see it changing any time soon.

Same problem here also unauthorized trades. That's clearly THEFT.
