Interpret candle to guess TP or SL will be hit first

I am trying to get information about the bullish candle.
What i am thinking is as its a bullish candle the price was low & the ended up high. so movement was from bottom to top.

Despite looking like a bullish candle, you can't really describe it as bullish since it was pushed back down. It's also pulled out of context, so you'll need the entire chart with S/R zones and neighboring candles to try and guess if it'll go up or down.

It's also not a bad idea to combine candles with at least one other form of analysis to confirm S/R levels.
