Skyfx gave bonus to all accounts of its clients to hold their money. So, nobody will take money back as skyfx supports with the right hand of Cysec! Is anybody here in forum (ForexPeaceArmy) that took his money back from skyfx the last 6 months?

I certainly did. Thanks to my banks fraud department. I had the promise on a chat session rith the broker that my deposit would be refunded should the trade be out of the money. I had no bonus. So the funds were all mine. Do you have anything like that in writing?

Yes I do but I think you have to show us your documents that you took your money back please. Did you start trading or just deposit money?

Israel appears in all these forex scams, and...... does anyone know here in this forum if the Israeli authorities (ISA) are doing something to prevent these scams? ... I think the press of Israel "The Times of Israel" is publishing all these scams,newspaper of israel is making known to all forex fraudsters, Israeli media-on line newspapers is doing a great job.

I think that all of us who were defrauded by these bands of financial terrorists, we should to report our cases to journalists from Israel, so that everyone knows, what there is in that country with many forex brokers.

But let’s not forget we are talking about Organized Crime setups, which are beyond regulators authority’s.

I noticed from your communications, anyone can join the French court case, that’s good News. Sure, it’s not a class action, and requires victims to be represented by French Bar Lawyers, which of course involve costs.
(There are rumors of future French class actions against financial frauds….but when?)

You could forward your papers as well to BaFin, and a copy to the German Bank involved.
