    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Update as of July 26. Waiting for wire transfer. Supposedly the first attempt failed last week although my bank has no record of an attempt. Awaiting 2nd attempt.

Good luck with that ive had 3 pending then all cancelled for no apparent reason. Like i said before there stallers...
 
Ask for tracking info on the transfer.

If they can't provide it, I consider that to be strong evidence that no transfer was made.

Was told there are ARN numbers but never got any of that information.
 
Also been told funds will be released Aug 5th. If they came back and where all accounted for why wouldn't they be immediately available to make another attempt?

This guy is here too promoting himself, you should let this forum know and post there how they help or do not help you Nstep, and good luck! I am watching this too! Hope you get your money back, if not post how they did not help you. Also check out winchargeback in this forum for help on a chargeback solution, it worked for me!
