The only violation of terms that I see here is, a violation of your right to collect your winnings.
Trading is hard enough, you should not have to fight your broker to turn over your hard earned profit.

Trading binary options is the hardest even with a legitimate broker. 98% of traders lose their money trading binary options.In fact top option should be topping up your account just as their name suggests with a bonus for managing to grow your account instead of playing cat and mouse games.

I have the same case as a colleague. Since 2014 I have traded the same strategy and I didn't broke the regulations. Unless all profitable transactions are inconsistent with the regulations.

I have some experiences with TopOotion. Some good some bad. But overall not that good. The company aint that good when it involves withdrawals. Have stopped trading with them since 2015.

As for your case, they are getting a GUILTY vote from me.
