I don't receive any call back and, more recently, none of the clients are receiving any responses but when I phone support they always take my calls and says they are still working on my case.

please take note they are not responding to email or call since 1st April and notice they have registered different Broker name using same VortexAssets UK address. There is 2 website which look mirror to vortexassets.com. They keep moving and please share if anyone manages to bring them to law enforcement team. They even block my account on their FB page.
