today, 23/10/2017 11 am local time gmt +8 my neteller account has been unauthorized transaction made payment to your merchant request.i do not have the account trading with your broker. I am suspecting the hackers has take my neteller email,ID number and secure ID by phishing at other broker merchant site and use it to deposit at your broker.

i am contacting neteller and it was under investigation.the neteller account is now blocked.

i am reaching exness here because i dont have any option to speak.( today is sunday) your livechat is offline.

please as soon as you get the message, check at your finance dept either the money goes in or not and please block the transaction for being use by somebody else.

attached here is the transaction made by somebody which is not me.
total 8500 usd on six successful transaction.

i won the third place at the latest contest The best forward
my nickname there is Gomaa and account number 6456369
they disqualified me for no exact reason and the agent told me that i "MIGHT" made something wrong
i will not talk too much i will leave u read the conversation

they disqualified the 3 winners
i don't know what the first one and the second did but for my self i didn't got any logical reasons

i think they don't like real people win any prizes
so please be aware guys from this scam brokers

at this date (05 Jan 2018, 10:35 ) exness accept my Withdrawal Request Bitcoin 0.44416295
( Bitcoin price at Withdrawal time was 16050$ =so my Withdrawal amount 7128$ )
but exness did not send my request amount and they hold my money for more than 7 days and did not resolve this problem to now !!!!!!!
more than 7days exness support just tell me wait 24h and problem will resolve but i am waiting 7 days , about 170 h but there is not any news for me .
7 days i am losing my time also i do not have earning because my money holding by exness . i am trader i need working with my money for earning profit but exness do not understand this .
more than 6 years i am working by exness and my trade history about 2000 lots !!!
i need faster my money with bitcoin ( exness had to recovery my loss . i need 7128$ bitcoin with new price )
