We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...
On December 17, 2009, we declared Forex-Swiss to be a scam.
The Scam Finding against Forex-Swiss was based mainly on fees that were not documented on their website as well as their threats to charge a trader for email messages sent from the FPA trying to resolve the issue.
Forex-Swiss has changed their bank to fix any future issues with credit card fees. They have also refunded the money owed to Raimundas, apologized, and promised to never penalize traders for asking for 3rd party assistance. All the FPA's terms for resolving this case have been met.
The FPA Scam Investigations Committee is very happy to declare this case to be resolved.
We wish to thank FPA member Raimundas, FPA Investigator Gerard, and the legal rep from Forex-Swiss for their efforts to resolve this case.
We ask all FPA members to join us in celebrating the lifting of a Scam Finding.
