30% trading is gambling.

Watch these.

Crocodile trader wait for only high probability victory. They will cut loss immediately when they see 50/50 markets. To me, this is best example of video.

Yeah, I also like this approach with not frequent entries but substantial potential gains. Thus you avoid forking out too much on broker commissions, have more time for analysis and less time being in emotional pressure (I mean during an opened trade). Never could fit myself into scalpers skin as can't resign myself to broker deliberately robbing me with spreads. Though I have scalping-tolerable spreads at MYBROKER, it is really annoying when you realize that with your small gains you have to chip off a bit to a broker several times..

Volume trading is best!;););)

Sometimes I see forex is a type of gambling. Some comparisons showed gamble is same with forex. But I think this "gambling type" is for smarter people.

On my earlier post mentioned that none of us in our live could avoid from gamble. You are travelling from US to UK, you take on a flight. Don't you think you are gambling your life with the plane just to arrive faster?

Trading or Gambling or Poker etc. to me is about "EDGE'. Do you think Casino House Owner gamble? No they don't. More than 100 years of historic, they use "EDGE" to profit on their business.

I hate when people merge Gamble word with Forex :(

You can hate as much as you can but it is the reality that forex trading is traded like gambling by a huge percentage of traders. Many newbie traders that enter forex market always start in gambling style before they find some reasonable strategy and face some heavy losses.

Do you agree that trading is contain 30% of gamble..
There are so many trader that losing their fund in forex trade. They lack of knowledge, and management.
I wonder that forex is part of gamble. Eventhough, i never lost in trade in lite forex broker and i just able to gain small profit because i've used little fund and save trade.

Mindset here is very crucial if we are using that figure by default even with lacking of knowledge, experience and skills then it’s surely gambling but if we had a plan in our head and then we are taking such risk than it’s very much ok to me. We won’t lose too much if we are able to prepare our self well in advance. I too started with a low amount which I was not able to manage but at least I got experience.

Anything is a gamble if you look at it like that. You are gambling if you BREATH in the morning..... are you SURE that there wasn't a tanker of chlorine gas that cracked open outside your house and you aren't going to die within a few minutes? No. You CANNOT be sure. But where do you draw the line at calling it gambling or not? With the "breathing" mindset, well, we can't even argue the point to those that have that. On the other hand. gambling is, by default, a gave of chance. This is not. Unless you choose to treat it that way.

There is a clear line between trading and gambling, if you think of your trades all day long and dream about them, you are gambling, otherwise you are trading. Its simple as this.
