Alpari Broker did not fund my bank account after withdrawal request

I have an account with Alpari Broker. After the deregulation of EUR/CHF, talking losses from that pair but making profits from USD/CHF, I filed a withdrawal request to them, pulling the whole amount of money that my account was credited with. The request was filed at 16/01/2015 but still pending for the funds. I tried to contact them in between but I did not receive any reply about when will I receive the funds. Can anybody tell me what should I do?

Also I would like to ask which is the most reliable broker on the market nowadays?

Which Alpari is this? It it's Alpari UK, the last I heard the company was bankrupt and in receivership.
