Problem Amarkets broker ignores stops

Hello, I am one of the users of Amarkets broker. I have had problems with them for a few weeks now, and they all give me false and misleading answers and avoid giving correct answers. I had a purchase transaction for gold and I had put it on The number 2323.63, the price went up and the number 2323.95, and to my surprise, the transaction was not closed.
