My account number is 2200689. And I really want to get my money back as well as profits I made from avatrade, (a total of $1,327.15 usd) and it has taken over 2 weeks for my withdrawal process it’s getting ridiculous.


Here’s full story:

On 14th December 2017, I deposited a total of 1,200 USD to Avatrade for crypto currency trading, I submitted my verification documents the same night and my account was verified the next day.

On 15th December their dealer closed my position for no reason (I was making hundreds of profit not loss), that’s just unethical so I decided to click the withdrawal option to withdraw my money.

On 18th December, an email sent in the name of their CEO ‘Dáire Ferguson’ notify me they are having withdrawal delays, and this delay will take ‘7-10 business days at a maximum.’ At this time I started to read some reviews on Avatrade and have a I knew this was coming moment.

On 21th December Avatrade just cancel my verified account, and disallowing me to withdraw until I submit my verified documents. But you know my account have already being verified on the 15th how come I need to get verified again?

Now 29th December, it’s been 4 business days since I submit my verification documents for the second time and still no response, I now can be sure that Avatrade just do what they can to take your hard earned money.

Through closing your positions for any potential profit making and making you verify your accounts again and again, they will keep coming up with excuses to keep and spent your hard earned money.

And i will continuously update on this thread to let people know the true nature of avatrade.
 
Invite them to this thread with at least 2 different methods (email/social media/website chat or ticket, etc).

If they do not respond within a week or so, You may need to file a trader's court case.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Avatrade, more like AVASCAM!

Absolutely disgusting practices this company seems to have.

Draw attention to your case every way possible, and if no solution, contact your local securities commission and any relative authorities.

Initiate a credit card chargeback if you deposited by card. You can win your chargeback under the grounds AVATRADE is NOT REGULATED to do business in your country, which I highly doubt they are. All these companies have these silly loop-holes that allow them to target basically anybody internationally, and get away with it because most people are quiet about but make enough noise and they don't like that...

Just an update, Today (3rd of January) an account manager from avatrade saw my review from Forex peace army, and they send me an email by saying my account wasn't verified at first place so my withdrawal process got canceled, now they finally say my account is verified, i only need to submit a withdrawal request, my fund will be send to me soon.

but they did not obviously bother to go in the link of my review to come to this thread and explain:

1) why they close my position for no reason
2) and how on earth do i have to submit my verification documents 2 times, and takes 3 whole weeks to get my account verified. (And had i not write an review on this I may not even get response from them)

So i'm remaining skeptical and philosophical about their company work ethics, i also invite Avatrade to join this thread but still no response so far.

I will update again when they 'get back' to me. (still not sure if they will)

Ive Requested a Withdrawal near a month ago. However the Bank Debit Card I deposited with has now been closed so i requested a Wire transfer to my other bank account, after chatting and waiting a week was told need to send confirmation of the old bank closing the account...

I have Done this in terms of uploading this confirmation from my old bank by the upload function online and also sent one to my Account Manager on 20th December 2017 i also sent via email a Photo of my new bank Debit Card and also uploaded this again online.

I have a log of the Chats and at 1 point Ken of chat was cheeky enough to state well you will have to wait for a reply from Account Mgr.... I have done everything on my part and i have NO communication at all cannot speak to anyone on your contact number as it terminates the call after 1 minute 30 seconds of waiting. i have tried to withdraw and have also sent emails to your customer@avatrade.comcs@avatrade.comr.semenduev@avatrade.com before the couple of withdrawals that i have attempted and guess what i get an email saying withdrawal done and then it goes back to my account . Your operations should have all the info in relation to compliance and this is unacceptable. you have just under £3000 of mines and very kindly closed my trades without telling me and have stopped trading in XRP ripple which was the only thing i was interested. OK so you did that but your lapse in service you have cost me from moving to another vendor. I have a log of this and am not impressed with service i will continue to withdraw and will expect this to be sorted as you took my money instantenously and paid my fees but closed my trade as it was too profitable

you need to open up your own independent scam alerts thread and invite avatrade to that thread
 
Providing an update, I have received $800 usd from avatrade (my total withdrawal request amount is 1327 usd), this is still not satisfactory, I still don't have my $527 usd that is supposed to be returned to me, but on their trading site my balance has become 0.
What kind of ethical trading company would hold your money back?
Avatrade Stop taking our hard earned money you scam!!!
