Chargeback!! If you can...
Honestly, people, do not trade binary option! Besides NADEX, there is no "Binary option market" like FX Liquidity, or a securities exchange.
I think Pharaoh would agree with me - it is literally a casino and 100% controlled by the broker.
You can trade so many things online or even gamble with "live webcam dealers" nowadays, why risk with binary option?

ESPECIALLY if they offer like "100% Bonus".
Anyone offering huge bonus like this is a scam. I guarantee it.

Hi, there is already a lawsuit against this broker brought by the US-SEC (SEC v. Banc de Binary, Fed. Dis. Ct. of Nevada, Case-Number 2:13-CV-00992-MMD-VCF, currently stayed pending settlemet negotioations) so at least you are not the only one. best lz.

Have you made any profit with them or they refuse to withdraw your initial deposit? I think you can file complaint to their regulator, is it CySec or some other offshore?

hi mohammed: These BdB people are crooks. They do not trade in the real stock market. It is a fictitious premeditated scheme. Their agents set you up to lose because when the client loses all their money goes to BdB. They will never allow you to take a penny out of your account. When I caught on to their orchestrated scheme I completely stopped trading and went to withdraw my money from my account. I knew they were just trying to bring my account down to zero. They did not let me take my money out from my account. I kept trying to so finally they locked me out from accessing my account.

Did you know they were charged in the U.S. but they did not go to court they just moved their operation to Cyprus.
See the following article from Wikipedia:
“Banc De Binary
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Banc De Binary, formerly known as BO Systems Limited
and also known as BDB Services Limited and ET Binary
Options Ltd.,[5] is an Israeli-Cypriot based enterprise
specializing in binary options (also known as fixed return
options) on assets including commodities, stocks, indices,
and foreign exchange. The company operates an online
trading website through which customers can buy or sell
binary ("call" or "put") options, predicting whether the price
of a certain commodity will go up or down in a specific time
period.[6]

Banc de Binary customers do not execute their
trades via a regulated exchange, but are 'betting' against the
firm itself, and the firm only profits if the client loses.[7][8]

Banc de Binary is an associate of Spot Option Exchange
which sets the price of the option. The price of the option is
not a market price, but is set by Spot Option Exchange itself.[9]
The company has been charged with several offences by the
CTFC and SEC, and trading with US customers has been
frozen following an injunction on 1 August 2013.[5][10]
Charges filed on 7 August in the US stated that Banc de
Binary "may be criminally liable under the federal RICO
statute". Banc de Binary has refused to appear in court in the
US for depositions.[11]
Within the European Union, the company is regulated
by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).”

I wish you all the best in getting your money back.
keysha

Make sure not only to complain to Cysec, but also to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.
