Problem BinaryBrokerz lies

I want to share my story here

I started open an account with them in April.
As their broker had promised me two things.
First, Every trade he that he open, he will insured them.
Second, I can withdraw anytime I want.
So, I trust him an invest more money into it.
Then he went to Hong Kong to open new branch for their company and pass me to the second broker.
Nothing much happen with the second broker and suddenly the company change the broker for me without letting me know.
The third broker ask me to deposit more money and he will show me on how to make money in a short time. So I deposit a bit more.

Now, I need to use those money that I deposited in.
First, I ask them for the money that my first broker had promise me (Those trades are lost). The support agent said that they can't do anything because the broker didn't left any message according to my account. They also prevent me from reaching my first broker.
Second, I ask them to withdraw some money and then they said that I only have bonus in my account and I can't withdraw that. Is it really fair when someone loose your cash and return it as a bonus?

Total amount that I deposited in is $21,190.65USD
So I just be aware of this company

If you deposited via credit card, contact the fraud department at your issuing bank and have a long talk about what happened. Ask if one or more chargebacks is possible.

Never ever under any circumstances let a broker employee or IB trade for you.

Thank you, I called my bank already and they said that I can only charge them back if the transaction is made with in 30 days but I will go into their branch and ask them again about this.

I just saw this and had to put in my two cents. I actually have only positive things to say about trading with binarybrokerz. In fact, they were super helpful. When I first started trading binary options I was not sure how to begin or what strategies would work for me. I had traded a bit with some other companies, but they were not nearly as helpful. My broker at Binary Brokerz was there from the beginning to help develop my trading strategies with expertise and professionalism. Additionally, I had no problems withdrawing, I submitted the necessary documents and the funds were in my bank account within a week. Again, I have no complaints with them, and I will continue to trade with them in the future.

I just saw this and had to put in my two cents. I actually have only positive things to say about trading with binarybrokerz. In fact, they were super helpful. When I first started trading binary options I was not sure how to begin or what strategies would work for me. I had traded a bit with some other companies, but they were not nearly as helpful. dear m.kohara if your so much bonded with then try to resolve the issue of this trader. also can you tell how u pop-up from nowhere directly into this thread without showing your traces in other places. how much u get paid for this, is it in cents or dollars

I try to contact them so many times already and they doesn't care me and also I warned them as well that if they can't solve my problem, this will go to public.
I will invite them as soon as possible.

They reply me right now and still say that my funds is in bonus blah blah blah and they also say that they will ask their head broker to contact me.
