The Company has thrived and grown throughout the years and has undoubtedly proven its prominence in the financial services sector despite a number of deliberate unsuccessful attempts by third parties in causing harm and damage to the Company’s interests and reputation.

You need to comment more specifics on the this class action lawsuit against ironfx. Don't just post links. Copy at least some summary here of the details of what ironfx is being accused of and how the class action will work.

I have a question: Can class actions be initiated in Cyprus?
another question: How do you intend to hold IronFx responsible? How can you compel them to pay monies already owed?
