    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

A glitch occurred on exness on 05-Jul-2024 which drove XAUUSD price to an unexpected price level compared to all brokers and therefore wiped out money from my trading account 62084585.


I immediately raised a complaint, to support, they said , our financial team is reviewing the account to resolve the matter.


Please help me to recover full refund as it is very essential for my human well being, now this is yet to be resolved, my

I hope by bringing this to public awareness, Exness can speed up the process and give me the proper compensation/full balance refund. My trading account today July - 06 -2024 still stands at $ 0.00

Hello,

I just got scammed by exness fake slippage.
The nfp news just came this friday and my sl was already hit i was watching the spread too they were normal 2 pips at first when my sl was hit but they didnt closed them and later closed them 1500 pips later and blown my 700 dollar trading account i want exness to resolve this issue

@FxMaster @ExnessOfficial Exness rep is stating about pending orders. But during the news I didn't had any pending orders. They are saying it get triggered and due to slippage, the account has been blown. But I didn't had any pending orders. They didn't give any compensation for this.
