    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

@ExnessOfficial @FxMaster Exness is refusing compensation and saying it happened due to slippage. I have strongly refused to the customer support agent. Please help me to get refund or compensation.

Slippage is a term that describes when an order is opened at a different price to the requested price, i.e the order experienced slippage because the bid/ask price changed between the time the market order was requested and when the order was executed on the exchange.

@ExnessOfficial Sir, My account is a zero spread account. Normally the spread will be zero. During news, it suddenly becomes higher and blown my account and then returned to zero. So this is clearly Exness manipulating the price to blow the customers account. I think the customer support doesn't understand my problem. I clearly told them I know about the slippage but this is not that.

They gave you final decision. If your think it's not your fault then you can lodge your complaint to regulatory bodies. Before that I would advice you to send them email that you think it's not your fault and you are going lodge a complaint to regulator.

No hay spread 0 en XAUUSD, es el engaño de exness y todos los broker Australianos.

Cero spread y 4X4 contratos en todo el libro, cuando LMAX tiene 6000 en las primeras
cinco posiciones del mini.

Los spreads se abren hasta liquidarte la cuenta, todo lo que sea necesario.

Profundidad del mercado 1 contrato seis pips mas abajo 10 contratos cuanto el
precio se aproxima los 10 contratos desaparecen otros seis pips asi hasta el infinito,
eso si cero spreads, el timo de la estampita.
