My nama is rangga from indonesia, i have been trade live with them more than 2 years..here my review

it happened on 18 april 2016 an hour before newyork closing.. there +-200 point spike and it dissapear on the next afternoon...there are no error notification on the website or email before i emailed them... they said it was techincal error and it only happened to some their client only and only on GBP JPY pair and USDJPY..(is it right?)
hope this review might useful for you who trade with this broker or planning to trade with them..

You talked about the issue with support?
did it.. i am sorry forget to upload the SS email with the support....they said it only happens to some of they clients and only happen in pair GBP JPY..is it possible??? i dont think +-200 point spike just technical error problems..

Off-quote pricing can happen. If the broker corrects any trade executions triggered by this, it's not a scam.

Of course, if it happens a lot, it may be a good idea to start checking around for a broker with a better price feed.

Thank you for your opinion..if it cause by technical error isnt it the broker suppose give notification to client via website or email before client complaints just like when the CHF events?and is it possible it happen only to some their clients and some pair only? what our rights as clients then?what the difference then between technical error problem excuses and scamming?i cross checked to some broker chart at the same time and none of the other broker have this happen on the chart only F.B.S ..

If a client was not effected, there would be no reason to notify the client of every bad tick ever provided by every LP. Clients who had trades altered because if this should be notified within a few days. If your trades were altered and you weren't notified, you should have a long talk with a support supervisor at the broker.

yes i agree they should notified the clients if its technical error either the client has trade the pair or not...but if they dont notified the client i assume it's not technical error...just like the CHF events..the brokers notified client right away... +-200 points spike is not just off quote pricing
 
The SNB fiasco was so bizarre that clients needed to be notified so that they wouldn't think the broker's LPs were playing a sick joke. A single bad tick is much easier to identify as an anomaly which can be safely ignored.

Yes Pharaoh.. the broker has the responsibility too.. not just excuse behind the technical error problem which they can not proof if its real technical problem and point the finger to LP error.. i dont think its fair business for the clients... just not reccomended for kind of type these broker...

First of all, we are glad to see that you have contacted our customer support right away after the issue had happened and got the answer from our manager.
Still, we consider it our duty to clarify the situation here.

On 18.04.2016 at 23:16 (MetaTrader4 time) we received off-market quotes on GBPJPY and USDJPY from our liquidity provider. Unforunately, off-market quote is an occasional phenomenon that can happen with any broker providing market execution of orders (including our company).
It is worth mentioning that different brokers have different liqudity providers. And off-market quote situation with one broker doesn’t always mean the same situation with other broker.
In most cases such quotes are sent by a liquidity provider due to some technical issue on their side, however, our specialists always take all the necessary measures to prevent those events. Also, we would like to remind you that we always act strictly according to our Customer Agreement.
According to it, company is entitled to remove the information about the off-market quote from the server quote database.
Due to that, all transactions in the trading terminal executed incorrectly were cancelled or re-opened by our specialists. Thus, all clients' account balances and trading histories have been also corrected according to the market quotes.
Once again, we would like to remind you, that according to the Customer agreement ( https://my.fbs.com/upload/agreement_en.pdf ):
3.2.11.Orders opened or closed by off-market quotes can be cancelled:
a) In case the order was opened by an off-market quote
b) In case the order was closed by an off-market quote
8.6. Shall the order of the Client be open, closed or changed due to the off-market quote, the Company serves the right to return the order status before spike.

So, as you may see, our actions have been justified and you may not worry about anything. We are always by your side and clients' comfort and stability is our main priority.
