Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem FXTRADING.com Pty Ltd - Very high spread of 190 points forced account margin close out

Hi,

Today 2024-07-25 I have had an issue with multiple brokers, because of an insane spread of 190 points in Forex Currency trading GBPUSD a Mayor Currency Pair. Other Mayor Currency Pairs experienced a somewhat higher Spread then usual too, around 20 points, although nothing similar as in GBPUSD, but all summed up forced the margin close out.

In this thread I will complain about FXTRADING.com Pty Ltd at https://fxtrading.com and the forced high spread in multiple Mayor Currency Pairs I experienced with them, that lead to a forced margin close out leaving account at -3.95 EUR from 2785,95 EUR.

See my other complain about EightCap:
https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/comm...-points-forced-account-margin-close-out.83611

These two brokers seem to share their Liquidity provider, as well with PuPrime.com, where it happened the same, although luckily I had more margin. I will be denouncing PuPrime to regulators too although I haven't lost money, because there was a bad behavior in all 3 brokers.

Focusing on FXTRADING.com Pty Ltd, my live account was funded with 1000€ and a two more deposits of 500€ each, and I consider my self to be scammed so I request my full deposit back.

The account type is: Pro Account. It is their best account type, supposed to have almost 0 spread.
See their offering of accounts:
fxtrading.com/en/trading/accounts

I also attach a photo in case they make changes.

I was holding a volume of 1,1 Lot in Sell and 1 Lot in Buy, and at rollover time the chart was showing some movements (10 pips up and down) on GBPUSD, but it was going almost in a straight line, and suddenly in a few seconds I lost aprox. 200€ of free margin forcing the closure of all my positions leaving account at -3.95 EUR. On normal situation it shouldn't have mattered much if it went upwards or downwards, but suddenly both sides where going against me!

They haven't answered yet, I will update this when I get an answer. I say that FXTRADING failed to offer the low spread that they promised, and on top of that, it is an error to keep on justifying what seems to be a normal daily practice on some brokers! Because I have accounts on other brokers with similar free margin / margin level and this insane spread on GBPUSD did not happen on all of them.

The Forex Broker FxTrading should protect it's users from this, and avoid this happening, but instead they make a profit with it!

I consider that my interests where not protected by the Forex Broker FXTRADING.com Pty Ltd and I even have the suspicion that FxTrading acted against me, so I request my full deposit back.

I am aware that I do a very high risk strategy. I am not complaining about loosing money, I am complaining about the way I lost it.

Did you talk about thr broker regarding the same?
If yes then share the reply you received from them.

Unfortunately this is the only answer I get from them:

They are not answering via web chat, and they are not answering via email.
They only answer is via Trustpilot review, and they answer non-relevant information, trying to show interest, like they actually care, but not putting real proof of what exactly happened.
In this kind of things words are empty without a document backing it up!

Plus I must add that I had an issue with them not sending the Daily confirmations, and I had to complain about it multiple times, and suddenly the day that they promise I will receive my Daily confirmation, this happens!! They did send the Daily confirmation afterwards showing: TOTAL: -2 820.34
Is it a coincidence? When it involves money I don't believe in coincidences. Specially because I had that same margin level for the last 2 weeks, and it was ok, it was never a problem, and I was making good profits, and then I request to receive my Daily confirmation and my account is liquidated. I truly believe that something would have happened anyway.
