They have not contacted me yet. And they are still not replying me. I have already contacted them many times via email and phone but they never reply.

Those scammers relay on the fact that most traders lose their money. for those who dont well they make all kinds of excuses. from AML to price manipulation by the client or whatever. some just ignore you when you ask for a withdraw.

I agree with cklayus. U are considered lucky to get almost all ur money back. Most ppl dont even get a penny back. Anyways I'm gonna see how this goes before i cast my vote.

If deposit had been processed using a card, then they just had to refund the transaction. Which I believe had already been done?!

Then i again made withdrawal request of $475. they told me that they will refund $350

These people are very bad with no moral values. I call them financial thieves. One of them is holding my £12500. as they trapped me into bounce trick.

It is not nice to hear, but you should count yourself lucky to have gotten your deposit back, minus the transfer fees. Most binary options scam company's never give a cent back, better to notch it up to a learning experience and find better regulated brokers and run from binary options.
You would better off going to the casino or race track having some fun knowing you are probably going to loose, than fooling yourself into thinking that you will make money with a binary broker and he will allow you to withdraw it.
