Well they did not let him withdraw the money.
They did not respond to FPA for comment to defend their actions.

Thats theft to me and so I vote guilty.

i started a scam alert to discuss about this , i did contacted action fraud (uk police),
and a lawyer, here in spain. im dealing with the bank for a chargeback.

It seems this tradequal is teetering on the brink of being full outright scammers, juggling between the partial and delayed response to the withdrawal request and cold ignorance.
Who know what lurks in the minds of the greedy, it's only a matter of time before complacency sets in and sheer madness ensues.
