Have they gotten back to u regarding anything? I last heard from jonas on monday.
No still unlucky. I wrote them a message on 01/03/18 asking them to pay my money as per their argument that my contract was expiring month end February and still they did not bother to respond back to me.

I just recieved an email from jonas when i threatened him saying i will bring it up and asked for a date my contract would end. I dk what to do right now also. Cause most likely when that day comes he will find some new excuse or purposely not let the withdrawal pass.

There is no other form of contact other than email. The company number apparently is 1 way. He just send me saying that my "contract" ends in 23 may. I am afraid when that day comes he will just come up with some new excuses. I think u should keep pestering him maybe he might reply u. Because obviously he can see the emails but he just doesnt want to reply u.
