Yes they are scam ,One more thing many out of that NexcellFX company cheated we 20 together and wrote review ,to us they are asking to delete review to give money ,what I am asking to them is some are still not write review ,so they can give there money no ,but still NexcellFX not give them those who not wrote review ,so this asking delete review is laughing thing ,impossible, and trying to hide there cheeting evidence from everyone, they did not expected problems will come them ,they thought they can simply cheet others god this here ,FPA here to help so money must come to all

Yes here is another scammer. Typical scam behaviour. Your money is lost the moment you deposit. After that it is just smoke and mirrors until you get fed up or tired of getting nowhere and go away. Guilty!
