Alright guys, this is not over yet, but I wanted to post an update.
So I went to the police to fill a claim. Since it was a small quantity, they told me it was a "minor, lesser crime", but that they'd set up a claim anyway since it was requested by the bank. After that, I went to the bank, I brought all the evidence I posted in this thread, and also, printed the thread for them. After a few days, I got a SMS from VISA, saying the operation went on my favor and that they will refund me. However, they said they'll have 15 days to reply to this case, and that the money will go back to them if they have enough documents to prove it is a legit transaction. Regardless, I just got my money back to my account for now, and I will have to wait for them to reply or not.
So far, everything is good, I'll post an update if anything happens within those 15 days. Thank you guys for all the advice and support!
