HBC Brokers

I opened an account with HBC brokers in October last year(2016)
On their website they claimed to be regulated in Vanuatu.
On Investing.com they are ranked as second to 24Options.
Based on these factors I deposited a total of 10000USD
I made a withdrawal request in January 2017 and then again in March 2017.
Every follow up on withdrawal progress led to two things : 1.My account manager will contact me or 2.They will remind compliance department.
To date no contact has been made at all.
On their website is a mail contact to their regulation office, however the phone number on the webpage for the compliance is actually for another broker - XM Broker.

Based on the above turn of events I am now convinced that HBC broker is a scam broker.
I have already contacted the Vanuatu Finance and treasury department and am working with a contact there for some resolution, however I don't think that this will be enough.

I appeal to anyone who has been down this road to please advise on any further avenues that I could take to resolve this matter.
Also I hope that this will be a warning to anyone who is considering using this broker.

Hi there I am vijayan from Malaysia I think I have got scammed from this fraudulent company I put in about 5k usd they have asked me to deposit 10,000 usd but I refused passed on from 1 broker to the next from Isaac Goldberg to Nikolai , mark all are frauds nobody trades my account but no one is contact me although I have tried 1,000 times to get help

They are 100 percent scam

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Is there an avenue to complain about Regulators.
I have been in contact with HBC regulators in Vanuatu.
I must say that there I is little to no action from them.
I have sent mails to them requesting intervention in my case with HBC, but have not received any feedback from them.

IS there some kind of governing body that oversees the regulators.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I have followed the steps. I have even gone so far as to create a pack with all relevant information and supplied this pack to the Regulation office. I have even sent the regulation office the link to the thread above.

I have only ben contacted once by the regulator, they requested for supporting information .
I sent that through and that was it. Not another word from them.
I have sent follow up mails to the contact at the regulator with no response as yet.

I have now gone the route of wealth recovery international. Do you know if they are any good?

HAs anyone used Trade Guide insurance.
They have claims to be able to recovery fund lost with scam brokers.
I am very skeptical of using these guys as they could be affiliated with scam brokers.
Any advise on these guys, HAs anyone heard of them before?

Never heard of them, I recommend hiring a refund solution professional. That's how I got my money back.
