The similar situation is also happened to me, I waited for my money received from withdrawal process since September 2015. I contacted many times to your all available email in your website and also to your account officer but NO RESULT. Moreover now my contacting is NOT RESPONDED at all...
I wrote to your email available in the website not only support@ironfx.com, but others available email in your website....NO RESPONSE UNTIL NOW !!!!

@FxMaster, You forgot to mention that IronFx has already been labeled as a scam by FPA over 3 years ago.

While it is unlikely you will ever get your money back, you can still present your evidence in this thread to help others avoid depositing their money with IronFx.

You should also leave a review to let others know about your experience.

RustyFx can pretend that it gives a crap just so that it can milk a few more people out of their deposits before they finally are forced to close their doors.

I know that they labeled as scam but their ib is a bit active and we cant lose any chance to get justice to the victim that's why I shared Rep link with him.

I have invited IronFX Officer several times within 2 days, no responses yet. It looks like I contacted them from 2 years ago.....nothing responses. But I wonder they are still advertising as a trusted broker....a member of some regulated body...

I just knew the info from you 4evermaat, that IronFX was labeled SCAM broker by FPA from last 3 years.....On that time my consideration is to find a broker that possess office in my country to be easiness of contact, etc. After Aprill 2015, they were gone....

Some scams can last for several months or even years before regulators finally step in. Most retail traders do not realize this because they are poorly informed. Regulation is actually a small part of the broker selection process in the financial sector, and is often reactionary.....

Congratulation for getting yourself scammed. IronFX is known to be the world's most reputable scam broker of all times. Do some research on the internet and you'll find so many articles written about them for getting fined and not paying customers withdrawals.

If that is always happened, why the victims are quite with no action against them? I think will be much benefit to tell as many as possible people in the world about their bad behavior as scam broker.
Just now, I found a contact to live chat and it is advised to send email to other department. After I have sent the email and return to the chat, it is off. Very funny this SCAM BROKER.....I will wait for a moment to their response, if no response then to be active in social media will be good moreover directly written in IronFX social media about the complaint to be read by other people.
