    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Sounds like the gang behind Instaforex is about to switch its business to a new network of companies, in order to perpetuate their scam under another name.
Ildar Sharipov, former CEO who has been going under the radar since 2014 (he is even not listed anymore as a member of Instaforex team on their website, looks like he never existed...) is now the head of Tradomart LTD / FXCO LTD in Cyprus, along with Aleksey Skachilov. They even managed to get a license from Cysec...
Same marketing strategy than the one previously used by Instaforex (partnership with a football club, "Best Broker" awards by ShowFx, crazy leverage - this time 1:5000, even better than the good old Instaforex...)
Heard rumours that Instaforex was about to tank due to too many lawsuits, including ones in multimillion dollars.
Anyone has more info on this ?
 
If anyone can get any evidence of active lawsuits, please share those here. Insta will of course claim that there are no lawsuits and say that everything is fine.
