No i filed a case under "file a case" and sent supporting evidence, I clicked the send button several times as it seemed to always go to a blank page?

Use "Contact Us" and report the issue to FPA HQ. Once you are in touch with them, send information about your OS, browser, etc. Go ahead and get screenshots of everything that you've entered into the case submit form before clicking submit.

Just spent an age writing a review of lbinary and giving it one star only for the system to say i was already logged in or something and to hit the back button, not very quick at typing so very annoyed at this....should have made a copy

Hi guys,
just to keep you updated. The holdings company they claim to be a part of-Hortense Holdings- have never heard of them and further more although the email was indeed sent to info@hortenseholdings.com as per their address, this is the reply i received:-

Are there any legitimate businesses in this game?? makes you wonder,

Try to know out their conditions of refund and post them there. Then we'll assist you how act further.. Maybe you didn't understand their ToS or smth else.

If you read the first post you'll see it has nothing to do with mis understanding their ToS or similar, they don't even abide by their own policies anyway, admitting (by accident) that they were in the wrong as my trades should have had insurance, now they stall and stall and have finally ceased to respond at all, won't give out address only false address above, they attempted to steal £12000 out of my bank account (not a mis understanding)...........Scammers of the highest order.
I am thinking of going even higher up with this as their I.P bounced back from a very bad place (known terrorist training ground)!!!
