Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Someone heard of them? They use a sophisticated approach to up front fee, no % or hard cash

https://www.mciinvestments.com/
They open trade account in your name and start trading with money as a loan. Account is valid for 4-5 days and then, if you like to continue you deposit the same amount as the loan and they start working with recovering your funds, and continue trading with your money.
Sounds to good to be true so I asked them and according to their representative: "There is no startup fee or hidden agenda, with the trading when you are making profits we are making profits, and when the law suit ends we take 30%-40% from the sum gotten from the law suit, the rest goes to the you. No hidden agenda except mutual interest, and our wish to get back at those scam companies who are besmirching the name of real investment companies."

If they are a "real investment company" they should know what belongs on a investment website.
But everything important is missing on that site....

And they certainly wouldn't admit to be scammers ;)

Anyway, they are connected to the Atos-Limited.co.uk scam.

Yes, their approach is interesting. They took a 10k loan from a Polish Bank for me too and made 13% on this within the first 5 days. I then had the option of buying this loan or leaving everything as is. The trouble is, they never show you any confirmation or contract whatsoever, concerning the loan, so you can't be sure that any such loan exists. You also can't know whether the trades they make on your account are genuine or not - it could simply be a simulated Binary Options account. And then there's no entry in the Saint Vincent firm register.
So all in all, a very shady business ! I'm not going to fall for this and I only hope no-one else does...

Yeah, when something sounds to good to be real, in most cases it turns out to be true. For all I know it could be a sophisticated fraud...

That's right, Pellepch, quite sophisticated ! When this sales rep (Laurence Hertz) explains everything to you on the phone it sounds quite feasible. He has answers to all your questions and seems quite competent and professional. No doubt he's found quite a few victims already. But when it comes to furnishing proof (anything: bank confirmation, government firm register etc.), that's where they fail 100%...
