Problem OCTA FX Withdrawal Issue: Account Blocked and Funds Withheld $7,000

Summary:
I had a balance of $20,253.14 after closing an order with a profit of $10,253.14. I requested a withdrawal of $13,253 via Neteller, but it was declined due to the need for additional KYC verification. After verifying my account, I successfully withdrew the amount, but a subsequent withdrawal of $7,000 was declined, and my account was blocked. OCTA FX claimed I breached trading conditions without providing a reason, and they have not returned my remaining balance of $7,000.14 despite my explanation that my profit came from GBP/JPY and USD/JPY, and no trading conditions were breached.

I use a short-term trading profit strategy. These orders were opened for the first time after I deposited funds, specifically on 10 July 2024. I closed the orders on 11 July 2024, achieving a profit due to the rapid price movements in the GBP/JPY and USD/JPY currency pairs.

You are just like my case. I opened position on July,3 to sell USDJPY for 5 standard lots then closed. it all on July, 17 which make me profit 15,615 USD. They accused me for misusing swap-free feature and withheld all my profit. Still to date, I have not received my profit back.

Why does forexpeacearmy.com put OctaFX as top ad intentionally? Is OctaFX trustworthy?

I worry if OctaFX swap-free is scam. I worry if I win big money after short USDJPY, OctaFX will probably say I abused their swap-free system.

I’m really sorry to hear that you're facing a similar issue with OctaFX. It’s frustrating when a platform accuses you of breaching conditions without clear evidence, especially after earning your profit through legitimate trading. I explained to them that my profits were from GBP/JPY and USD/JPY trades and that no trading conditions were breached. Unfortunately, my account remains blocked, and I haven’t received my remaining balance either.
