RESOLVED - AVA Trade SWAP scam

I bought 1.68 Lots of DOw Jones worth 13 446 Euro, last Friday. On Saturday I discovered that they deducted 12 712 Euro on SWAP due to turn over of contract.
I wrote 3 emails demanding a fix of the obvious over charge.
The answers: there was a turnover, You had 2 lots short (200 Indexes).
200 * -€74.84 = -€14974.
Plus the attachment.
There was no real explanation! Just unrelated numbers.
I have been calling many times but my account manager Shamira is suddenly always unavailable for an explanation.
A SWAP of around 90 % of the investment is really unreal, first I thought it was a mistake but now I am convinced that it is a scam, maybe thats how they get the bonus money back. View attachment ava loss 12k.docx
