AVATRADE IF YOU ARE READING THIS REFUND ME ASAP

Deposited £100 via Paypal
Avatrade say they never got it.
Paypal confirmed the transaction was complete and Avatrade have the £100

Waited for 2 hours on live chat to be told no they don't have the £100

They ignore all emails, I've used various contact emails for Avatrade, all ignored.
They won't answer the phone.

Paypal said they won't refund or chargeback or offer buyer protection as it's an "investment" purchase.

I can't believe I used this company without reading forums first, absolute scammers. If I don't receive my deposit refunded to my paypal account (s26may@aol.com) I will take this matter further and start legal action.

This is theft and then total ignorance as they ignore me on all forms of contact.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Got my money back this morning - I found an email address for the Vice President of compliance at AvaTrade! He responded straight away and did therefund!! Email; I.Webb@avatrade.com
