Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.liteforex.com

My Case is: i made deposit 400 USD
i got bonus and traded normaly without any problems
when i made profits 670 USD i closed the orders and made withdrawal request
this request delayed for long time
when i asked the broker about withdrawal
them removed the profits and back my 400 USD
when i asked them,them didn't answered me and just told me to send message for AML Policy
and AML Policy answered me that's i made illegal profits
and i broken the Bonus rules
when i asked them about evidences
them didn't answered and left me without any explainings
after than i opened thread at FPA forums
and someone call Alexander answer me
that's i made Hedging to steal the bonus
but he didn't give me the real evidences
and now i don't know how i get my rights from this broker
that's all everything

Details: Hello. The Security Department of LiteForex has completed the checking on your accounts. Due to revision by the security and risk management departments of the Liteforex Group of Companies the significant violations of the Reglament of the Company, which were determined as fraudulent transactions aimed to get the illegal profit in the bonus program, were revealed on your account MT4 -F- 96008. Illegal profit was cancelled. The initial deposit is available for withdrawal or further trade.

The public thread in Scam Alerts on this one is priceless. You and someone else have been accuses of cheating by trading from an IP address inside the company.

I accuse this broker
them make hedging with all new clients
when the clients make loses the broker earn
may be them provide clients a fake accounts
and all the world know well that's more than 90% of traders lose
and then the clients think that's he lost his money
in this case the broker steal the client money and he earned because he made hedging with client too
and when the client make profits
in this case he will get his money and plus profits money
so the broker will lose some of money
by this point them steal the profits of the clients and back the intinal deposit amount
and in this case
the broker don't lose any thing
i think it's the most great profitable strategy of the whole world
may be im right or wrong
but till now them didn't gave me any evidences make me guilty
and i can say something
when the broker think that's clients break the bonus rules
them just can remove the bonus
may be them have the right to make hedge against the clients
but them didn't have any rights
to steal the trader profits
and when we ask about something
where is the profit amount?
about me
i don't know anyone trade with this broker
just me and my partner
and this partner didn't made any orders from he registare in this broker till now
and when we talk about hedging
the broker is the only one can know about my orders
and if we talk about someone cheating inside the company
NO
it's the Company is the Cheater
i accept any decisions

Jareer also has a thread here. AsstMod posted in that one that he's in talks with LiteForex to try to get both issues resolved.

Moving this to the Open Cases in the middle of a discussion like that would make it very likely that LiteForex would break off negotiations.
