I have a live account with GDMFX numer 8151174 since 6th July 2016. During this time I cashed out my money twice (never had a problem). Three weeks ago I decided to withdrew all deposit (360,5 $). Days was passing, so I wrote to them a reminder. They replied to me, the delay is caused because of Chinese New Yer, payment processor and finally accounting team. Now they even stop responding.
They're regulamin says clearly GDM have only 7 business days to process my case, today is 15 th day. I am out of patience right now.
Conraty to other traders complaining here on FPA I never traded on turkish lira or high-spreads assets, so for me 6 months rule does not apply. Their customer support just excuses pasting me the same words than to others (payment processor and so on).
I really want to resolve this problem here on FPA publicly. I invite GDM representative to take participation on this topic.
