FP Markets took all my money from my trading account #9481295


Everything that I will write here is proved by screenshots, statements, and also video records. I'm ready to show any proof of my words, which the forex community requests.

Please note, that FPMarkets company stole my deposit and profit on 29th May 2024 and maybe traders will have time to withdraw and keep their money! I think that companies like FPMarkets do not fail as fast as small forex companies.

I have been a client of FP Markets company for 5 months already.

In FP Markets I've made the following financial operations:

• I deposited 16 times for a total amount of 85,205 USD
• I withdrew 14 times for a total amount of 103,738 USD.
• My biggest withdrawal was 42,261 USD (May 10, 2024).
  
  
  
  
  
  

• After my biggest withdrawal, I haven't traded with FP Markets for 6 days and my account balance was 0,00.
  
  
• My largest deposit was 17 695 USD (May 7, 2024, see screenshot)
  
  
  

I've completed the following trading operations in the FP Markets:

• I made 377 trading operations in total with a total volume of 264.05 lots;
• Trading operations were executed only on the XAUUSD instrument;
• the most unprofitable position was in the amount of -$7514 (April 23, 2024, see screenshot);
  
  
  
  
  
  
• The most profitable position was of $7990 (May 06, 2024);

• the most short-term position is 9 minutes and 40 seconds (except for a few positions of 0.01 lot);
  

• the longest-term position is 14 hours and 15 minutes.
  
  
  
  
  
  As I mentioned earlier, I did not trade with FP Markets between 10 May and 16 May, as I withdrew all funds from FPMarkets for the reason that, FPMarkets reduced the leverage of my trading account #9481295 from 1:500 to 1:1.
  
  
  
  
  
  The company FPMarkets explained to me that there was a bug in their system, and it wont happen again. See the screenshot of the email.
  
  
  
  
  
  After that, I returned to the company, funded my trading account with $2500, and continued trading.
  I made two withdrawals in the amount of -$1684 and -$542
  
  
  
  
  
  
• I traded some unprofitable transactions;
• Deposited my trading account again three times for amount of $2766, $5030 and $5285;
  
  
  
  
  
  
• I took a profit of $11,432;
• and FP Markets blocked my Personal Area;
• FP Markets company cut out my profit and my last deposits from my trading account using a balance operation.

  In this letter, they accused me of something I have never done. It can be seen from my trading history on account # 9481295.
  
  And now the company FP Markets isn’t answering my appeals and letters!!!
  
  
  
  
  
  I have all the reasons to believe that FP Markets company has faced financial problems and cannot get back the deposits to clients and pay profits. I urge all traders to take away their investments from the FP Markets company before it is too late!
  
  I’ll apply to government regulators to protect my human rights and return my investments. I’ll inform the forex community here about the stages of my fight.

FPMarkets has financial problems; for this reason, they must cut profits and deposits of their clients.

I'm posting here the video of my trading history in the FPMarkets as we can see they are manipulating the facts.

It's a proof that fp markets is running a dealing desk they are not ecn they must be taking the opposite side of the trades it means they will only profit if the client losses money and @yrkaus you are a profitable trader that means they were losing money I would only say one thing shame on fp markets and all the forex brokers who does such practices.

As FPMarkets isn't replying to me. So, I tried to get a reply in the chat

Monica couldn't provide me with the reasons for the stole of my funds by the FPMarkets company.

Just note, FPMarkets company stole my money, the risk/dealing team isn't answering my emails, and Monica in the chat said: "I JUST DO NOT HAVE A REPLY FOR YOUR INQUIRIES".

Now, all clients of the FPMarkets will be getting I JUST DO NOT HAVE A REPLY FOR YOUR INQUIRIES ))) when FPMarkets stole their money.

Unfortunately, I believe that the problem is different.

I warned my manager Illia Berezovskiy from FPMarkets that, I will fight until FPMarkets got back my deposits and profits.

In my opinion, there are intelligent bosses in the FPMarkets and they truly understand that their company is getting bankrupt and they must steal more and more money.
