i make a trade with inconeon and request to withdrew my money

my request date is 3-11-2011

and until now i did not receive any money and no amount withdrawn from my account.

the only poor response ater 3 days from ticket date

and no live help

the support on Skype just appear on-line and did not answer me

Judging by the facebook exchange, it looks like both sides of this are being far too impatient. If there really was a holiday, you need to give them another day or two.
