Resolved - Please ask to give back my $170 from svfxpro.com

Dear sir / madam this sathienthira who opened an life account with svfx Forex trading company on 7/6/15 account number 1240001879,first of all we would like to thank you all of our svfx team members for there kind help and cooperation ,

but some time later two time my account auto cut the name of stop out level ,really my account did not met the stop out level condition of the company if you wish you can check the previous records finally its cut my $170 again the name of auto cut ,after this incident happened I asked many time to company to refund my money via phone and emails ,but they still not refund but now again asking me to deposit $500
so this is unfair when ever i am in profit system cutting our money then telling your account met stop out level ,but never my account met stop out level because those two months time i was always watching full time market even seconds to seconds so what they saying is 100% false
my request kind is plz ask svfx to refund my auto cut amount $170 with out any condition as soon as possible to my svfx live account or my given bank account ,I wish to continue my trading with svfx if they are honest
