Hello.
I erroneously indicated wrong IP , that that has nothing common with this case. It is internal IP.

Anyway , we`ve met a lot of cases like that , when people were trying to steal bonus from company, and company always have strict position with such cases.

i opened case against lite forex and i have to wait for the next step

Alexander, you said the IP was erroneous, but remained silent about what the alleged 2nd IP was. This makes me believe that there was no 2nd trade from a 2nd IP.

This means you have ONE trade that supposedly matches ONE other trade from the same IP. This is suspicious, but is not enough to remove a trader's profits.

Maybe M&Z was plotting to somehow "steal" a bonus, maybe not. You have taken money from a trader based on nothing but a single point of suspicion and a data collection error. Under the circumstances, I recommend paying M&Z his profits immediately.

The FPA has strict positions on confiscating profits. If this were to go to a vote today, I'd vote that LiteForex is Guilty without any hesitation.

Dear Alexander or whoever you are,
Your response is totally unprofessional! accusing customers in stealing while all over the site (and other sites) your company is the one who is been accused in stealing, is just rude. What are you trying to say? that all the complaints here are wrong? all the traders are thieves and liars?
From where I see it: your response to the customer is lack and very general and not supported by any evidence while the customer did support anything he said with screenshots and emails.
The way I see it (and this is my opinion): your only strict policy is against any customer who makes profit. You know they say there's no smoke without fire...

them removed the bonus for another account and back the profits again

and let's see in my case
i didn't made any hedging and lite forex don't have any evidences
but them removed all orders
removed 670 USD for thinking about steal 120 USD
what a hell is that

I'm told that AsstMod is discussing this with LiteForex. If that doesn't solve the problem and if Alexander has no more evidence, then I don't see any reason to hold back on a vote too much longer.
