I'm writing this to inform you that at the beginning i bought BTC 1 lot $15700 under the order of #1711824. On January 16th, 2018 the price has slip down and the company closed the deal when it's reached %47.99 which coast $3785.44 without any kind of notice whether by email or call.
As i have known that the company IC market (ECN) dealing directly with banks, if the losing of the deal reach %50, the bank will automatically close the deal although if it's slip. After contacting the company, they send the contract that clarify their conditions. I read it carefully and found that they don't follow the Margin Calls of notification via an email or alert from within the trading platform.
Based on the huge losing of my money,I kindly request a financial compensation (not bonus) IMG_0469.PNG regarding the law.

Go for a Credit Card Chargeback by contacting your card's customer care number on the back, if you deposited with a card.
