scam alert: forexbrokerinc. they don't withdraw your profits!

Overall, I'm impressed with the support agents. The one HUGE flaw is that a tracking number should be available the moment a wire is sent.

its 5 of august! where is my money? what will be the next lie? and NO I don't have any other bank account and it is illegal what you asking, because the way I deposit (from my bank account) is where I should receive my deposit.

since 6 july (already a full month) you guys don't deposit me the money. and don't sent me any evidence (swift confirmation code) that the money is send....

will take news steps this week against forexbrokerin.com its time to fill complain with the SEC and make you tube video ( I will sent you the links this week don't worry)

I will take care of your reputation in the next days.... in the mean time I'm trading with a regulated broker (10 years in business) but I will not forget you for stealing my money....

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience but occasionally intermediary institutions do take long time to respond but rest assured that we are working to solve this matter in the earliest possible time.

I can understand your frustration with this, however, it would not be in the company's interest not to give you the money back. The brokers make profits from spreads and commissions and it is in our best interest to keep as many clients as possible happy with their services so they can continue trading.

Dude you come off as a major REMOVED. Your responses are constantly looking for a fight with the Support Rep. Continuously insulting the company and their employees doesn't change anything. If you talk to these people with a little respect and manners you probably would have already received your profits. As someone in the service industry, I seriously hate dealing with people like you.

The timing of this problem, is very suspect indeed. I deal with forexbrokerinc exclusively. Just reading this post gives me pause for concern. Give emails I have been sent regarding a trading halt and restructuring of 'operations' this thread and several like it are troubling no doubt. I don't know the proper place to open a new discussion about this company is. I think it would be wise to consider a new thread to reconsider the variables of what is currently occurring with this customer, a recent incident I had myself identical to another member that posted years ago, and any other recent developments. Other than the two incidents I can recall where I had, I was fully recompensated *after* mentioning FPA AND BBPs, I have had no unresolved issues with FBI since their inception date. However at the suggestion of a moderator as to which forum to open a new inclusive thread to discuss any recent experiences and any other relevant *verifiable* information to determine if evidence should be compiled from one or more users to justify a case in traders court to potentially identify a questionable company or business practices. Admittedly I am biased, because although I was compensated, the occurrence and duplicity of the same complaints from multiple clients gives rise to the possibility of a systematic pattern of attempts to possibly defraud customers of funds who are otherwise unwilling to identify these attempts i.e. new traders. Forgive me if this doesn't belong here but I couldn't responsibly decide where the appropriate place to start the convo would be. If a moderator could suggest an appropriate forum I would be in your debt. I don't want to clusterf* this thread but the fat that it is now the 22nd of September and no resolution posted I am quite frankly beside myself. I've got some hair raising experiences to deal with especially this suddent trading halt and position liquidation going on at present, which also puts me back in the hunt for a new reliable broker, ugh. Thanks. I look forward to the resolution of this thread.

P.S. excuse any typos and grammatical errors. I'm on my phone and although I aced my letter grade on my college English course I still don't communicate as well as the Queen's English dictates that I should.

I agree that Forex Broker Inc does warrant scam alert status based on their email sent to clients:

Dear Trader,

As a trader of ForexBrokerInc, you may be aware of the recent changes to the provision of accepting new trades for execution at market exchanges.

ForexBrokerInc is unable to amend the current policy for discontinued acceptance of new orders until it is permissible to do so under renewed structure of its operations and trading platforms. The renewal of structures is expected to last until Friday, October 7 2016. Should the date of renewal change you will be notified further.

The bottom line is TRADES ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED at Forex Brokers Inc. BEWARE!!!
 
I am going thru the same thing, except I am being very nice in my emails. That approach is not working either. The excuses are the same, which means they are not going to send any money and have no intention to. If you have any top bank, a wire or swift only takes minutes to go thru the system, plus once you enter the swift code or fed wire number, the rest of the bank info, except your personal info, auto forms in all the fields. My best guess is that after 10/07, they will be long gone.
 
This is even more serious because the email they sent out stated you could withdraw funds as normal during this 'restructuring'. Unbelievable. Can you post some proof of funds and request for withdrawal timtim? Perhaps to elevate an actual scam alert for traders court. If they are intentionally delaying or refusing withdrawal requests this is just unacceptable.
 
Oh my!

I am going through a similar situation with them and it is quite disheartening. I am actually preparing myself for what seems to be the eventuality of not receiving a dime from them. There seems to be no point of even trying to withdraw the rest of the money in the account because you will probably not receive it.

timtim might be right, after 10/07 they are probably gone.
