Problem Scam ALERT: IronFX disable customer accounts and withhold initial DEPOSIT

Dear IronFX Officer!​

My Name is Bernadett Derda from Hungary. IronFX account no. 24001171, 24032519.

My initial deposit of 32 032,84 USD is laying on IronFX account, and IronFx just not entitled to withhold my initial DEPOSIT by law!

My accounts are disabled by IronFX:

My accounts are DISABLED, and IronFX withholding my initial deposit.

IronFX didn't even read my request about this complaint, they just posting the same repetitive usual standard response...


This Scam Alerts thread is about disabled trading accounts!

This goes to FOS, ESMA, EU, Ombudsman, and so on.​

For those who don't know, the FOS is a most corrupt service EVER! They just take the money from companies to resolve the cases in their favour. I don't find a case which is resolved in client's favour!

Stay away from these scammers. Now there are threads for "Falsely accused broker". It seems that they take contraactions against people who complain all over the Internet.

As far I understood, there had been no FOS decision outcome, since Bernadett missed the filing deadline ?
also she deposited 52k what happened, how come she lost 20k and remaining 32k disappeared on her trading account

evidently the case seems solved for IronFx, but not for us, should be no surprise for the company FPA scam findings turn into LIVE SENTENCE

It is clear and clear to everyone
On the other hand, they had over 3 years of time to think of a formula with which to cancel all withdrawals ..
An example, in my case, they are outlawed, they answered to me after almost 3 years, they had 6 months to do it ... I did not have profits with iron, only losses, and they with a simple mathematical formula have canceled everything , even my deposit has been stolen ... this is a fraud as big as a house ... it's like a game, iron does not return the money, it OBLIGES the customers to go to the FO, which with a team game definitely kill the client ... scandalous, shameful, but nobody does 'nothing ... all quiet ... only a court can' solve this case.
Of course if you ask for explanations, iron says: ask FO, but FO does not answer .. this is the situation ... and the desperation continues ...

Iron gave the FO false data, this is a serious thing ..FO has only copied the text dictated by iron, this is a serious proof that FO is a fake organ of control, paid by iron to make decisions in his favor, so he is partner in this scam ...

In the post # 76 you write: we have no comments on FO... of course, is iron that dictate all, this is enough to close the case.

I am not an abuser, no proof is been given to me of your affirmations.
You justify this shame and you hide behind your terms and conditions, this is an idea of you lawyers.
