Just because they have some stupid paragraphs in their TOS doesn't mean they are legal.
From my understanding, they advised you to open trades which turned out to be unprofitable and now they are just spending your money as they want by manipulating your account?
If that's the case you should start seeking legal advice as soon as possible.

Yes this is the way they manipulate me. Open some unprofitable trades and ask to add more, because you can lost your deposit.
But at this moment, they have simply still 20000$ from my ballance. And they even cant explane why the money had gone, because there are no such a big loss in my Account History.
What legal actions do you suggest? Chargeback?

That's a disgrace! Chargeback is an option. I am sure you're not the only person they've manipulated like that. They are negligent, as they provided you with loads of advice that was false. It is clear they took advantage of you being a novice trader to scam you.

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
