TRADE12 Help

    Hello I have an account with trade12 that has been "locked" on 4 Trades. i have been a member for 3 months.
    I have deposited just under $40K US
    The reason i continued to add money is because my account grew daily in incredible amounts upto $180kUS.
    Until the day i was unable to add more funds.... then every thing changed... i know put more than i should have, i know that now... but they seemed genuine and promised i could get it out at the end of the month... i used my mortgage money. I have now missed 3 months of mortgage payments and i am highly stressed.
    I am in several "locked trades" and trade 12 say that they are working on it but nothing is happening..
    Last week they told me i margined out? and I lost everything my platform showed $1500 balance ... then my broker told me that the "risk department" has "helped" me out and i should be very thankful.. my accoutn was reinstated to the same poisitons it was.... nothing has changed, so i am unsure what they mean by "helped me out". ... I can not contact them. i can only contact my broker Ben Meny and he says its in the hands of Risk dept. but will not give me there contact details. So i am at a stal mate in locked trades that it seem s no one is actually managing for me? i am in negative $213,000 with a balance of $235,000..
    i cant get to talk to anyone, and i have no support... can some one please offer any advise on what i can do?
